Are SmartphoneZone phones sold new?

YES. All smartphones sold on Smartphonezone.co.za are brand new (Unless they are specified as CPOs)

What is the warranty on my product?

Under the manufacturer's quality assurance policy, all products sold on Smartphonezone.co.za are eligible for repair services (for problems occurring in functional products) and recall services (due to the manufacturer's fault).

What happens if my phone is stolen?

Make sure you visit your nearest police station, report the theft and get a case number. Then contact us to stop your rental.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

You cannot change your order details once your order has been completed.

Has my order been successful?

If your order is successful, an email and WhatsApp will be sent to the details provided to us confirming that your order was successful. If you have not received your order confirmation email within 2 hours of placing your order, please check your junk email or spam folder for the email.

Does the Phone work with any SIM or carrier worldwide?

The Phones work with compatible SIM cards from ANY South African carrier. The Phones may be compatible with other mobile networks around the world. Please contact your local service provider for more details.

How long will delivery take from order placement?

Deliveries can take 2-3 Days .

If orders are made on a Friday, this might vary on deliveries will be made on the following Monday or Tuesday.

Do you do a credit check?

We do a credit enquiry, but not a credit check

What happens if my phone is Damaged?

Submit a damage claim form and we will arrange for your phone to be collected and repaired.

How long will you have my phone for repair?

We will do our best to return your phone within a week. If we are not able to, we will communicate throughout the process

My Screen Protector is damaged, what do I do?

You may log a return via the SmartPhoneZone.co.za “contact us” page or email info@smartphonezone.co.za within 7 days of delivery. If there are any faults with your device or accessories within this 7-day period we will refund or replace your device and/or accessories.

This returns policy is only valid for 7 days after the delivery of your purchase. Thereafter, for any faults or device issues, the Warranty Process must be followed.
